The parts for this customers washer were on national backorder through the manufacture and that is out of our hands. This was explained to the customer several times. Customer was cussing and screaming at the office staff so she was referred to me, the manager. The customer was talking down to me and screaming at me, she wouldn't allow me to explain that her parts were not expedited by **. We had an issue with a Kitchenaid Mixer purchased from a local place that sells freight. The mixer was supposed to have been tested. For us, it worked once and never again. I called the Appliance Shop. They were willing to take a look. When they got inside the machine, they found the problem and had it fixed as good as new. It was a relief! We could have returned the machine to the store where we purchased it. But the color has been discontinued and we really liked its uniqueness. The Appliance Shop saved the day!

Excellent service!! I called yesterday morning to see if they had a part I needed for my washing machine. The lady who answered was great to work with and very friendly. I went to pick up the part on my lunch break and they had it set aside and waiting for me! Both ladies I encountered on my visit were welcoming, professional, fun, and energetic. They assured me I was capable of fixing my machine on my own (which I did!!) but if I needed help that they were there for me to call. I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone and now refuses to send out a repairman for a dryer that's broken down twice in under a year while still under warranty. They've made 4 trips to fix one issue and she's decided it's our fault it's broken down because they can't figure out what's wrong over the phone.
