The service man was rude as was their office person. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
I have been very satisfied over the years with their service and responsiveness. Recently, faced with a broken dryer, the staff was able to not only supply the needed parts - they were also able to tell me that I didn't need one which I thought I did. Friendly and helpful all the way!
These folks at the Appliance Store were great. The installation of the drop in stove was done efficiently and quickly. Would recommend highly.
This rating due to service man having to make a second trip to fix the sensor that was disconnected day before while putting in new heating element. Both times he said problem fixed and headed out the door. The Second visit we had to ask him to stay while we made sure it worked. I have never had a service person that did not take the time to make sure problem was corrected before leaving.
We've used these guys for years and they've always fixed everything and are amazing!
I am giving you guys a two only because that's a little more grace than you gave my husband when he called about a part for our oven. He was told rudely to call back when he had the part number and an immediate hang up on your end. He knew the model of our oven but hadn't looked up the part number. I called back myself, was put on hold supposedly but instead got hung up on. I'm sad to see this from your business as I believe we have had better customer service from you all in past.
Very helpful staff on a call out for our fridge! He was very knowledgeable and professional!!
