They have a wide selection of appliances and range of prices. We got a great 'fridge (looks and works like new inside and out, and quite clean) - delivered within the HOUR. Everyone there is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Purchased a stacked washer & dryer unit after our washer died. The dryer seems to not dry in a timely or efficient manner. That is, clothes only seem to dry on the highest setting at 70 minutes for a full load. The service technician came out to investigate, spent all of ten minutes checking to see if the coils warmed on each settings, and declared that the unit was operating normally, and then promptly left without so much as a goodbye. Horrible service, even worse customer service! Don't even bother trying to call and speak with "the owner" , the rude employees that answer the phone will refuse to let you speak with him and hang up on you. After two rude employees, I spoke with "the owners son" and he insured me that their work is "under warranty" but they couldn't send anyone back out to fix it for another two days.
