I purchased a used washer from them over 9 years ago, just recently got rid of it so I could get a new one after my bathroom remodeling project. Definitely recommend them.
My fridge's condensation line was plugged up. Insead of clearing it they tried to sell me the switch that turns on the defrost mode. $250. For doing nothing. And I had to clear the line after they left.
Needed a new timer for my washer. Ordered it got it the next day! So happy! These people were so nice. Thank you so much!
The Appliance Guys is no more. Replaced by Dent & Ding Appliances, they cary almost no used appliances (and what they do are pricey).
I was told about this place by an employee that works at the Home Depot. I was looking for a thermal fuse, they didn't have any and he sent me here. Got there, not only did they have the fuse I needed in stock, but they also let me return it after I realized that wasn't my problem. They helped me test my heating element, found out that was the problem. They ordered me the right one and it was shipped to the store the next day. I will definitely be going back here any time that I have an appliance issue
