I purchased a used washer from them over 9 years ago, just recently got rid of it so I could get a new one after my bathroom remodeling project. Definitely recommend them.
My fridge's condensation line was plugged up. Insead of clearing it they tried to sell me the switch that turns on the defrost mode. $250. For doing nothing. And I had to clear the line after they left.
Needed a new timer for my washer. Ordered it got it the next day! So happy! These people were so nice. Thank you so much!
The Appliance Guys is no more. Replaced by Dent & Ding Appliances, they cary almost no used appliances (and what they do are pricey).
I went to The Appliance Guys looking for an inexpensive used washer-dryer without bells and whistles. They showed me what they had on hand without trying to upsell me. They arranged delivery on my schedule, and when the plug in my residence was non-standard, they switched out the cord for me without any hassle.
