Booked a balcony with bedroom suite and absolutely loved the view, having a full kitchen, and access to the roof top view.
I so enjoyed my stay at Windsor Suites. The staff was so professional and courteous. The room were nice and clean. The pool area is beautiful. The location is great. Graceful.
It’s just ok. Tired room. The ac in the room does not do well. Questionable maintenance and cleanliness. The fan for the ac in the master rattles so sleeping is less than great. See pic of broken bulb in bathroom. The bulb itself is separated from the socket. And a mashed mushroom on the baseboard. See pic. I’m not sure how any of these things are missed during turnover.
