False advertising. Not all rooms look like what they advertise. Shared A/C & heating so you are dependent on the windows to cool you down, could not get our room below 78 degrees at night so we had to listen to city car horns all night with the window open. You will be accompanied by full time residents on your floor which is intresting. This might be an okay hotel for work if your company is on a tight budget but not worth it for a mediocre vacation spot. Most amenities are an additional charge as well. What a fabulous pet friendly hotel! Very efficient check in with Ben and check out with Gia. The rooms were very clean, well maintained and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect for walking around and loved the view of the city from the room. Highly recommend.
I was sorely disappointed by this stay for my husbands birthday. From check in to check out there were issues. At check in the front desk staff swiped my card twice so the bank would not authorize the payment. Staff was EXTREMELY rude, unapologetic, and were amused by their own rudeness while me and my family (with children including a young toddler) were being inconvenienced on a special night. I had booked a room here for the weekend of October 4 all the way back in July. I received an email at 1:30 PM on the day of my reservation saying that the hotel was overbooked and that my room had been cancelled. I had to call Chase Travel and have them re-book me at a different hotel. I would not recommend booking at this hotel given the abrupt nature of the cancellation, especially for people who are flying from out of town or from out of the country.
