I wouldn’t recommend living here for the price of rent. You can find other places in Philly that offer a more clean environment as well as added amenities and not having to worry about your car getting broken into. not to mention packages get stolen over here very frequently. however, if you don’t have any other options, the maintenance staff here is very responsive.
Turn off the outdoor lights that are on 24/7.
Management never responds to emails had two issues and one issue they completely ignored me and my latest issue dealing with pest in my apartment they have a horrible exterminator service who do not do there job and I keep asking for help and a resolution as I can’t cook in my kitchen with cockroaches running around my stove and counter. My apartment is very clean so not sure where these bugs came out randomly. Everyday I sent them emails with pictures of the bugs and all they can say is the exterminator sprayed. The apartments are clean and staff is very responsive. Maintenance will come within a few days.
Excellent value for money. Nice, spacious apartments in a great location with competent management.
