Unsanitary, unpleasant and ROACHES at JAS Apartments! JAS Apartments is horrible! Their apartments are gross, their leasing agents lie, and they "lose" rent checks and charge late fees. My apartment has water stains on the ceiling and there are roaches everywhere in the building. They turn the heat on in January and turn it off in June. The people in the apartment below me were selling crack, the people above me played loud rap music until 3AM.
