My baby boy Ares, an English Mastiff, had emergency surgery for bloat. They could not save him. The vet got him in immediately for emergency and tried all they could. I will Miss my boy every day but I find comfort in the fact they prioritized his needs in an emergency situation.
They are always great. love the reception desk, the techs and the doc’s. They always have a kind and patient hand with my fur babies (especially poe who HATES his nail trims)I Love that they have a vip program where you can earn points towards future visits or even those amazing smelling pet candles. I do wish they had emergency vet services especially on the weekends but they work very hard and deserve days off too so I understand. (Mr poe napping after being a perfect patient for the techs)
We just got a new kitten that's only 4 weeks old and I called around to a few vets in billings and these guys were the only ones that could get her in the next day. All the staff were so sweet and just adored our little kitten. She was too little to get any of the medication she needed to treat her infection but they recommended what to do at home. We will definitely be coming back!
