I have been here for three months now and must stay here has been wonderful. I really don’t have too much to complain about Martin has been very wonderful. He is very attentive of anything that needs to be done. He always keep the hallway, clean elevator, clean, laundry area clean he stay on top of things and make sure that I have the things that I needed when I let him know something that needs to be fixed. Considering my stay here it's been challenging since Mr Martin the property manager has shown tremendous effort to maintenance &secure inside , outside the property that of course need persistent demand ..since my stay here ..all his work is appreciated & yes it's commentable that he persistent to makei it so my stay here is amazing no matter what If there's problems noticing the ones that are handled is what counts thks to Mr Martin staff
Apartments need upgrading, non existent maintenance person on site. Floors in the hallway almost never get cleaned. Common areas alway locked. The picnic area is always full of people drinking alcohol and no one picks up the garbage they drop. Oh and the mold that builds up in the ac units is so unhealthy that’s a lot of mold. This is the worst run apartment complex in all of Norfolk. Mold is filling the building and they do nothing about it. Management is almost non existent. Homeless people and drug addicts come and go into the building and hang out on the property all hours of the night because there is no security. They make noise and defecate all over the building.
