Kinda sucks when you go to a place with your hopes up and are let down tremendously by the service from the owner of all people. The wax I received was half @\$\$ed and I still have a good amount of hair left on me. Waste of my time and money. Experience is the best teacher and has taught me & my 4 sisters to stay away from this place. No thanks!

went in for a leg, vaginal, arm and under arm wax. sad to say she only got some of the hair. she went back through with tweezers to attempt to get hair that she left behind but i still have a #\$%\$ load of hair on my body which is very disheartening as i wanted to like this place but it does not deserve another visit. she focused on talking too much rather than doing a good job and giving me what i paid for

I am actually VERY stunned how poorly I was treated. I too am born & raised in Brazil This is horrendous; the outcome of my hair & this layering or what is supposed to be that is a joke...but its not funny Tabitha needs to come TAKEOVER this poorly run salon if you can call it that. ella needs to be ashamed of the work she puts out. rating? F+

Ella has been a stylist and a professional/certified waxer for over 11 years. She also, takes more classes to stay up to date with new trends and topics. I appreciate that she spends time and money for the benefit of her customers. I have never had a bad service done by her. She gives quality and fast service. She is reasonably priced and is always booked (because she has a lot of loyal customers). I recommend her to friends all the time.

Paid full price for a leg wax but got half service Went home to shower after leg wax and found hair still on my legs and knees I will not recommend this to my customers, clients, friend, family or even enemies.

Love the Amoret and the owner, Ella. Her technique is great and its always a fun appointment! Prices are competitive with other salons, but come with much more individualized attention.

I started going to Ella when she worked with other stylist. From there I followed her to her own shop. I started going to Ella for a brazillian. I got married in July 2011 and wanted a braziallian not only for my husband, but for our honeymoon in Mexico (who wants to worry about shaving when on vacation espically their honeymoon).
