El hotel es fantástico muy limpio y el personal muy amable, mi familia y yo estuvimos muy contentos, con gusto lo recomendaremos!!!
we never even got to stay here...so this rating isn't based on the experience at the hotel. it is based on the fact that although we booked the room in december for a february stay...we were told ...only two weeks before our reservation...that the rooms were canceled...because of the oscars. unbelievable. very disappointed...and this will no longer be a hotel i will consider for future visits to the LA area.
The only thing that would makes the place better is a full service restaurant. Beautiful rooms/facilities and friendly staff. I'll be back!
Always a pleasure and the staff is amazing. My favorite place to stay on the westside.
