I love this apartment. Alex in the office is super helpful and personable. The maintenance has always been prompt with my requests and they are polite and efficient. I just put in an order because my AC is not working right and maintenance showed up within the hour ON JULY 4TH and brought me a portable unit to hold me over until they can fix the main one. I'm very impressed with them. Yes, the mailroom is in another building for packages and the room is always a disaster. I agree it's inconvenient but I've never had issues w... read more
I do not recommend moving here. The staff are hard to reach and rude, it’s incredibly overpriced for what you get: frequently broken elevator, grounds covered in dog sh*t and trash, cheap flooring, even cheaper cabinets, weak internet that often goes out, not to mention the building isn’t secure and homeless people break in. This has happened multiple times since I’ve moved here. Pricing makes zero sense. Rent continues to increase meanwhile nothing about the units or property changes or improves. Pet rent also increases and... read more
The beautiful brick wall you get in your unit is the extent of the positives this apartment has to offer. I will provide a quick list of issues for those of you who wish to skim and if you'd like the know the extent of my horrendous experience here I'll be leaving a separate, detailed review because I exceeded the character limit 1. Unreachable, dishonest office and maintenance staff 2. Cheap, OLD hardware, cabinets, flooring and appliances 3. TRASH, dog shit, poor exterior upkeep 4. Elevator that is frequently broken 5. Mis... read more
I spent 3 weeks without a working shower. I notified maintenance via their online portal, because getting someone on the phone is impossible, immediately. I did try to take baths, but I couldn't even get hot water out of the lower spout. 2 weeks after my shower broke, the faucet in my kitchen broke as well. I added this to my maintenance request and I politely followed up on my this request 8 times over the course of 3 weeks and was told several times that "they'll be there first thing in the morning, they've just been tied ... read more
By far the best apartment rental agency that I have called and actually used to rent an apartment. Alex, the leasing manager for all three properties in Library Square (and many more), his wonderful co-worker Shelby and newbie Allison (who promises to be just as good) are all not only professional, but they actually care about their clients. I have never seen this before. Alex actually spent many hours with me to help me get through the application process. I am not at all tech savy and could not have gotten the application ... read more
