application fees, they approved us for one apartment but then tried to give us a different and worse unit than the one we applied for. They refused to refund the fees even though the offer was changed after approval. This felt dishonest and unprofessional. I hope others are careful
SCAM ALERT: Tried to scam my fiancé and I. Had the place listed for $1290, so we applied right away (the Monday it was listed). Wednesday morning the price is $1495, so I email to clarify. I am told that owner raised the price because they thought it was too low for the unit and that the price was raised due to market fluctuations. We withdrew our applications. These are shady marketing tactics!! UPDATE: Now it's because of a system switch...
