I promise you in my experience Maintenance work has taken several months and many time, yes many times tenants would have several companies knocking on your door and Alpine DOESNT notify tenants about companies coming to check the issue and after that you Don't hear from yhe company nor Alpine or maintenance and tenants just have to learn to live with it or beg Alpine to get things fixed. I Lived in a house with alpine property management for a year. My case worker filed a complaint regarding them before I moved in for discrimination. I have a restraining order against an old partner domestic violence a they told me I had to report that to them and the fact that I didnt I had to move out. they gave me a 2 week notice to move out. And told me I could not stay due to me calling the police at my property. I would not recommend this management to anyone.

This is not an accurate review. Tenant was given the required 30-day notice to vacate which is allowed in the first year of occupancy in ****** for numerous violations of the rental agreement. Tenant never reported any domestic violence issues to our company. We also do not have any complaints against our company for discrimination - as we do not discriminate. I can honestly say that The Alpine Group genuinely cares for their tenants and clients.
My girlfriend and I have recently moved into an Alpine Group property. We were shown the neighboring unit and told that our apartment would be the same. What we viewed seemed to be newly renovated, each bedroom had ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and an overall clean appearance. It was a great place in a nice part of town. However, someone else had applied before us and was approved, but the agent assured us the unit we were moving into was a mirrored apartment. RecommendedAlpine has been managing our two properties for two years now, and we’re pleased at the job they’re doing. The Alpine Group manages a rental unit below the condo I own, and there was a water leak from my condo's master bathroom into the rental unit. The Alpine Group was fast to get a qualified contractor to fix the issue and was communicative the entire time - and they were beyond understanding, professional, and helpful. Sadly, the now-former tenant of the rental unit below mine has been less-than-ideal to work with for a few cheap items damaged, but that's her problem, not The Alpine Group's problem. This company is managing a property that backs up to my own. There are nearly a dozen fir trees on their property along the fence-line. One has fallen over, crashed into the fence and is now hanging directly over my home above my daughters bedroom. They have this scheduled for removal now, over 2 weeks from the date it fell! WORST property management company out there! Sued 89 people just last year alone, and I didn’t even know I lost a case against them back in 2011! Of course they didn’t tell me until 2018 when the time would allow for me to appeal that, while maximizing the interest and penalties against me. These people are complete bottom of the pond feeders!
My experience with The Alpine Group was great. They were professional and helpful. I would rent through them again.
