Tommy Pool is one of the smartest, warmest, and most caring men I have ever known. I consider him one of my very few close friends. He has accompanied me through many dark and difficult times in my life and ALWAYS had my back.

Your employee has never met me nor talked to me on the phone even though I have tried to talk to call him with no response to my voicemails and that was before I learned of your employees letter about me and I only called because a client of his requested that I do. The staff are professional, and at the same time are warm and caring. They have gone beyond my expectations to help me keep it together during an incredibly dark and challenging time in my life, and they've made a huge difference for me.
Tommy and Misty saved my life. They are the most giving, caring, compassionate people I have ever met in my life. They make it easy to open up and trust them enough to talk about what is real and they offer solutions with love and understanding. I have never known anyone who cares about their clients more than Misty and Tommy. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to improve their quality of life. Gratefully, Charles Cooper
