The massage was okay, nothing special. She wanted a hundred % tip. Needless to say, she got none. I would have tipped but a tip is earned, not demanded. I tip very well when they never ask. I went back to talk to the owner. I didn't think firing the girl over this was justified. But I saw her still working there. This means the owner lied. I was going to take down the review if she was rehired but since she lied it's staying up.
Spoke to the manager there. They handled the situation. Just wish I had been offered all or some of my money back from my not so good experience. Not likely to ever return there for service sadly.
Very clean and tranquil spa. The bodywork was awesome, I went into relax mode in the matter of seconds. Definitely would return for more.
