Update 2/21. The owner saw my review on Thursday morning and responded but did not reach out to me or refill the prescription??? Now it is Saturday morning, they do not care that my daughter now has to wait the weekend? Extremely disappointed and concerned with the lack of care at this office. It has been over 15 days with no response to a prescription refill request for my daughter. I spoke with Megan on Thursday, who was rude and refused to assist, leaving us with zero resolution. Minnich is the best Nurse practitioner I’ve ever met. Most offices now are rushing people through as fast as they can. Ms Minnich took time to listen and we were even joking around a bit. She is very friendly and understood the situation I was in and found a work around. Ms Tiffany was phenomenal as well. Will tell everyone what a pleasant experience it all was!
