I have been a multiple condo owner & board member for over 25yrs. To say that dealing with maintenance companies are stressful is an understatement. In the past 25yrs we have hired & fired 5 different maintenance companies. It has been about 5yrs since The Alexander Group has been in charge. Not only are they wonderful about returning phone calls and emails. They follow through & get the job done.
