Buyer beware! Military tenants beware! These apartments try to charge you for every little thing but as soon as you put in request for maintenance the issues never get fixed! The new management is horrible -Multiple packages get stolen out of mailroom…. -they have a garage and items were still stolen out my car…they have a security camera system but never know who is stealing -They go up on your rent every year atleast 100$ -Strong pee smell on elevators from pets and strong urine smell by the walk in area near the 15ths str... read more
(Been a tenant from 2022 - 2025) Pros: Nice space, quiet sometimes, people mind they’re business, parking garage, organized mailing space. Front desk folks are professional but very Shystie. Started out Smooth but the last 2 years here were horrible. I’ve been overwhelmed trying to get management to handle their roach infestation since I’ve been in here. I made a request for rotten wet wood, underneath the kitchen sink to be replaced. They Painted over it instead. These apartments were post to have routine pest control, they... read more
Terrible Management Group. The office people are not approachable and charge you for everything. They never seem to try to make things work for you. I would not recommend that this place as there are definitely other Apartment buildings that actually care for their residents.
