We have lived here for about a month — so far we haven’t had any large issues. We had a few problems when we moved in and maintenance fixed them immediately or that same week. We love the location and the security of the parking garage. Everyone here is really nice and management is super sweet as well — it’s walkable to groceries and restaurants. Great Location, But the Problems Outweigh the Perks I moved here excited about the amazing location—close to everything I need and with plenty of potential. Unfortunately, the positives stop there. The pest issues are persistent and not adequately addressed, making it hard to feel comfortable in my own space. On top of that, basic safety concerns—like poor lighting in common areas and unreliable security measures—have left me feeling uneasy on more than one occasion.
