It's been almost three months since I moved to the city, and I can't even imagine living anywhere else. Incredible amenities, close to everything, and responsive staff. We truly were blessed when we met our leasing agent, Ellena---her professionalism and knowledge of the building and community were truly what sold us from 8 other building tours. So glad the coffee machine is back and running!
All good things must come to an end. After living at The Alexander for the past two years, it's with a heavy heart that we’ve moved to the suburbs. Our time at The Alexander has been incredibly exciting and enjoyable. The people here were always friendly, the front desk staff were amazing, and the maintenance team was exceptionally prompt, never letting anything stay broken for more than a few hours. Beautiful property in the heart of downtown Philadelphia.
We have only had one door key since moving in a 6weeks ago.Also,the washing machine was broken when we moved in and hasn't been fixed yet.They kept saying, "I don’t have any updates."
