While the website is real and you will get a product that you order, it WILL NOT BE what you thought you are ordering. The products are cheap, imitation knock-offs of what is shown in the website. We ordered 1 hummingbird feeder and 3 Agaves; what a mistake. While the feeder is ok and cute, cheap as it is, the agaves are a complete misrepresentation of everything shown on the website. Alaska club charged us $178 per month for membership. They charged it straight to our cerdut card. They didn’t cancel when we said and used fine print to keep charging us all during COVID when it was closed and for three months we were allowed to pause our membership. They are the example of shister business practices and that’s why they have so many complaints. They are horrible to do business with and will take advantage of you every way they can! Never again!!!!!!!!

COUTION!!! Don't trust this guys and don't believe them! They will steal your money!!! Do not repeat my mistake! Karry N***** (representative of Alaska Club in Wasilla) told me that we have one month trial for free and we can cancel membership during this period with no payment and fines. And we agreed to try. I have tried to close out my account with Alaska Club. The info I recd from the lady at the front desk was, the accounting office is not taking phone calls but we will give them a message and they will call or send you an email. That was May. I have checked back many times, with no response still. I called spoke to some guy in the office and asked him about the email I was supposed to receive, after researching for a longtime.
