Mark was a good employee, he was everything one would want in a shuttlebus driver. He was compassionate, timely, and dedicated. In fairness, as an employee at Agape Center, Mark exemplified all those qualities. As far as his claims of chaos and violent behavior, there was only one incident of aggression during Mark's tenure of two months. One gentleman made aggressive overtures during the Halloween party.
