RecommendedI’ve lived in the Advantages’s Apartments for a couple of years now and love it!! It’s easy access to the highway, eateries, shopping and they’re very affordable, etc. We’ve had numerous of management come and go.. The new office manager Timothy Lockwood is awesome!! He said we was getting security and he made it happen! I can write so many great thing’s about him and the Advantages!! I’m looking forward to all the upcoming changes☺️ Thanks Tim......
Anytime I have any problems they are handled. The manager Tim is very helpful, knowledgeable, fun and friendly. He really makes this place feel like home and safe.

Well me personally I love The Advantages Apartment . I have been there going on 2 years and every issue I done had past and presence has been taking care of instantly . The Apartment Manger , Timothy Lockwood takes good care of me , very focus on making me comfortable and satisfied, I really appreciate him a lot . Very quiet to me .
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The worst decision i’ve made in my 28 years of living. Management changes every few months, NO MAINTENANCE STAFF! They all quit! and now i can see why...office staff is just ridiculous. I’ve had the same issue with my apartment for months and it’s either not been fixed or half a***. My first few months were awesome and that was because of Christy! No manager to b found and no has nowhere to sleep for bout an week !!!!
I think Keara is a great worker!! I just moved in and everytime I call the office they come fix whatever it is!!
