INSURANCE FRAUD!!!! There's a lot to this so bear with me. So, for starters I want to point out that similarly to many other reviews it took forever for Dr. Reinhard to respond to emails, he would ask if I was available on a specific date and time, I would quickly confirm availability and then just a few days before that date he would send another email changing the date say he wasn't available. This place is unprofessional or at least very unorganized. I was contacted by Dr. Matthew J. Reinhard to schedule an introductory call. I was not available the proposed date but I offered for any date and time over the following two weeks. I had to send two more emails before a concrete response. Dr. Reinhard sent an email at 6PM asking for a call later the same evening. Although I replied within 20 min, I never got the call that night. He later followed with an email "Ok I missed it." UPDATE They finally called me back today and was responsive. I think because of my stern calls. The receptionist was helpful and did email my doctors. I'll give them that but overall I guess you would need to be extremely firm with your boundaries and needs upfront with them. ORIGINAL POST This place is extremely unprofessional. In contrast to the other reviews I had a great experience and she gave a massive occupation based discount to adjust for my income which was very appreciated. Pretty great with good communication and results
Complete scam - avoid at all costs. Was lied to about insurance coverage and now I'm out $500 out of pocket.
