Located on a prime spot just over the Pacific Coast Highway, this restaurant has a fabulous view of the Pacific Ocean. Inside, the whaling ship motif is reflected in the carved, beachwood, whale-shaped beams that hold up the chunky beamed ceiling. The large dining room is filled with sea themed art and white covered tables. The menu consists mostly of surf and turf offerings. Favorites include both the large steaks and the fresh catches of the day. Brunch is served on Sundays. A full bar is available.

Our steak was over cooked My Cioppino was cool and fish was overcooked. My first time there. they do not live up to their reputation
Never disappointed... I just wish they had king crab legs...
We went to Admiral Risty for Fathers Day , worst service ever . Our waiter was obnoxious, touched my tattoos on my arm , who does that !! Asked are they real ?!$&@ my well done steak was like blood red inside , my sisters salmon was undercooked . Not a great dinner to say the least . Should have gone back to Terranea or Trump International !!! Sorry Admiral Ristys service has gone downhill!!!
The restaurant was amazingly gorgeous, inside and out. The foods were well worth its price. The view is very beautiful, especially if you get a seat near one of the windows, you'll have a gorgeous ocean view. Very nice ambience, and it has amazing customer service. I love this place and will definitely be returning. ( 5 stars for sure :)
We had a wonderful time at Admiral Risty the other night. I had the Alaska Salmon with rice and broccoli and it was delicious. The salmon was blackened and was prepared perfectly, I couldn't have asked for a better meal. It's one of my favorite places to go because I am never disappointed with the food. We've been going there for over 25 years.
