It’s a wonderful community. Very quiet, clean, and secure.
A lot of tenants don't follow the rules of quite hours. It doesn't matter this is a party or just someone walks the dog. I had sad experience with those situations.
The apartment is great. My wife and I just moved in for three weeks and we enjoy living here. We have submitted quit a few maintenance requests. The response from the maintenance team is quick and all of them have been fixed well.
We have lived at the Adler for close to 1 year. Ruby, Jeanette, and all of the property's staff are absolutely amazing. Service requests are always handled with efficiency and politeness.
