RENTERS BEWARE!! Myself, my roommate, and multiple other tenants were NEVER given deposits back. The upper management made false claims stating I had “insufficient funds” on a few occasions. I provided all receipts of payment and even bank statements!! Dianne Cathy(upper management) should be ashamed of herself. Unfortunately I’m not the first person to get screwed. RecommendedI enjoyed living at the Adelade so much! All of my friends loved coming over and using the clubhouse and outdoor areas. It’s close enough to downtown and the quickly developing sevier Avenue that you never get bored but far enough away from the campus that you don’t have to worry about noise or crazy parties. I loved living here and would highly recommend it.
Love the renovations to this property! The outdoor spaces are so much fun - there's a firepit, you can have friends over for dinner and hangout - so much better than anywhere else I've lived!
