The gas powered leaf blowers outside of your window every morning at 6:30aam is absolute hell. Imagine the sound of a continuous tornado warning that doesn’t stop for 3 hours. Every. Single. Morning. God help us..

What a terrible experience! We were told to vacate the apartment after 8-9 months of staying in a horrible apartment. They termed it as 'fire hazard' and said we should vacate in about 2 months which was almost close to the end of our lease. Apparently there was no fire hazard for those 2 months. When we asked to move to a 2 bedroom, we were asked pay for $500 for a lease transfer with no waiver. And when my husband said my wife and kids will move out, Liz, the manager at the time, said we have to pay $200 to amend the lease... read more

Whatever you do DO NOT move into apartment 6318. There is a literal HIPPO living above you that stomps with every step she takes with absolutely no regard for her downstairs neighbors. AT EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY AND NIGHT she will stomp with every step she takes. Thats not including the constant yelling that we also had to deal with. Appliances are old and outdated for a “luxury apartment”. Doors feel like they’re made of plywood. Ac is loud and doesn’t work well, which will rack up your power bill. CONSTANT WATER ISSUES. Last 3 months I have been on average having to fight the front office people just to have a working shower and kitchen sink at base 1630 a month. Oh also just to have unhelpful and rude front office staff — particularly Liz + Chunney. Gaslighting me that things had been fixed when they haven’t and condescending remarks. Jai has been an angel since I moved in and I even had resigned for a year and used to brag how good this complex was (got one of my friends to resign!).
