Whatever you do DO NOT move into apartment 6318. There is a literal HIPPO living above you that stomps with every step she takes with absolutely no regard for her downstairs neighbors. AT EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY AND NIGHT she will stomp with every step she takes. Thats not including the constant yelling that we also had to deal with. Appliances are old and outdated for a “luxury apartment”. Doors feel like they’re made of plywood. Ac is loud and doesn’t work well, which will rack up your power bill. CONSTANT WATER ISSUES. Last 3 months I have been on average having to fight the front office people just to have a working shower and kitchen sink at base 1630 a month. Oh also just to have unhelpful and rude front office staff — particularly Liz + Chunney. Gaslighting me that things had been fixed when they haven’t and condescending remarks. Jai has been an angel since I moved in and I even had resigned for a year and used to brag how good this complex was (got one of my friends to resign!). This Addison apartment described in a nutshell, move here if you like showering with Centipedes
I wanted to love living at Addison Apartments because the location and amenities are honestly great, but the actual living conditions have been terrible. I’ve seen hundreds of cockroaches and even a couple centipedes in and around my unit, and it’s gotten to the point where it feels disgusting and uncomfortable to even be home. On top of that, the pipes in the walls are constantly thumping and making loud noises at all hours.
