I appreciated all of the aggressive emails they sent out, it gave me a chuckle. I assume it's the same person replying to the reviews as well, or they just hire aggressive management. When I moved out they noted dust and hair being an issue. It apparently took several hours to clean. I complained and they gave me $60 back. Maintenance was top tier - always timely and wholesome people. The pool was nice but the bathroom for the pool never had soap. I mentioned this several times and they said it kept getting stolen. the management is solely here for money - management says this is a “luxury” apartment but it’s not. it’s outdated - if you’re looking for luxury look at avante properties. I have brought up many times to management about lack of signs around the building for delivery drivers since packages often sit outside on any entrances or i find my packages at other building or someone steals them and management won’t do anything about it. At first, I thought this place was good. But when we needed to move another state, in order not to break the lease for our apartment, we found high credit score people to come our place. But administration system is more than awful, they say no to every qualify, high credit score people that we found, for no reason. Then you have to pay all the remaining rent for the whole year. Think twice and find other place to live, find trustworthy administrator for yourself
