Lived here from 2018-2025. Lived first in one of their studio apartments and then a 1B/1B. Initially no complaints and found it to be a good value for the monthly rent. That has changed since. I believe in late 2023 a new property manager took over. She is very rude and unhelpful with any requests. The emails she sends out to the entire complex has the tone used for scolding children. Would not recommend the Addison, solely because of the management and management team. It's too bad Alyssa Fuller (previous property manager) wasn't still working there. She was a great manager and just got things done in a no nonsense approach. The two new managers do the exact opposite. They will nickel and dime you for every last thing when you move out. I lived at The Addison for four years. While the property itself is adequate, the management was consistently frustrating — a sentiment echoed in many other reviews. The biggest issues stemmed from unclear policies and poor communication, which became especially evident during the move-out process. My husband and I have lived at The Addison for almost 4 years and have loved it! Had we not bought a house, we would have stayed here for many additional years. The amenities were great, pricing was very fair (especially for all of the amenities that most other places don't have), location is perfect, and Shelby (along with the rest of the staff) was always responsive and willing to help! Highly recommend if moving to the area!
