RecommendedFrisco has been my favorite place to live so far! Campus is only a few steps away, making being a student SO much easier. It’s also a great location since it’s right by lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is also super nice and always trying to help out with anything you need. 10/10 would recommend living at Frisco!

Worst staff, low quality appliances, paper thin walls, maintenance is absolute garbage, extremely rude, will do anything to get a dime out of you, disgusting when you move in. Academy at Frisco is a joke.
RecommendedFrisco has been such a nice place. The location is for sure the best...dickson, maple, and lafayette!!! It is so close to campus, which is nice! Maintenance is quick and helpful. The staff is so sweet and kind! I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
RecommendedThe building is very close to campus and makes getting to class really easy! I can leave my apartment ten minutes before my class and still be on time. The staff is very caring and responsive, and living here comes with a lot of really great perks! Would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking to live near campus.
RecommendedThe Academy at Frisco is the place to live! I love living here with the convenience of the location and the positive environment here! The staff here is always putting their best efforts towards the residents here by always answering the phone, and keeping everything organized, and hosting events by showing how much they care about their residents. I recommend living here 100% because I have never had one bad experience as a resident.
RecommendedI love Frisco Avenue Apartments because the staff is so incredibly helpful and it is the perfect spot on campus. It is walking distance to Dickson Street and it is also walking distance all around campus! I would highly recommend living here!
