Living at the Academy Chorro has been a wonderful experience. The property and amenities are modern and beautiful and the residents all always seem to be in good moods and smile at each other. The staff is super kind and throws really fun and thoughtful events. The size, amenities, and quality are unmatched anywhere else in slo for this price. The Academy Chorro is incredible! As a parent of a resident, I am constantly blown away by this place, specifically the management! When the kids are studying for midterms, they provide snacks. When they're studying for finals, they make them snack bags and have them waiting by the door for the kids to grab. And then they deliver pizzas to their apartments. WHAT?!!! I work for The Academy Chorro and absolutely love working for this team. I enjoy getting to meet the residents when hosting an event and helping out in anyway possible. I defiantly recommend living here, the newest student living community in SLO.
