Bugs everywhere!!! (and they are new but there are bugs everywhere))) Management is horrible... (will do anything to get you to sign but once they have you.. NO REPAIRS WAS DONE!!!! Not pet friendly...(if you pay a deposit YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK...) Moving out!!! (I HAD ALL MY BILLS PAID AND THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT BUT I STILL HAD TO PAY ALMOST $100) DONT WASTE UR TIME LOOKING... TRASH PICK UP ONLY ON CERTAIN DAYS.... BUT U STILL PAY FOR IT EVERYDAY... THEY ARE VERY NICE LOOKING BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS HORRIBLE....
The management is unprofessional, once you are moved in, the real side of unprofessionalism, neglect, and poor attitudes show up. The sewer gets backed up and the water will smell like sewage; I was scared to use the water to cook sometimes. You aren't allowed to use the club house for functions and the fitness room isn't operable. It was very disappointing.....not worth the premium rental rates they charge.
I love this place. It's beautiful, quiet, and very well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the folks that live here are respectful of the community.
