Awful place to live, it is infested with Rouches do not matter how OCD you are. The Rouches won't go anywhere they will be your neighbors until the last day of your lease and the best thing the staff don't care to help you.

This place was terrible. The only redeeming quality is the lakes (read: ponds) on the property. Parking was a nightmare, your car will be hit. Everyone else's vehicles already have. Property management was despicable. Lease policies are predatory. You might get shot (probably a 50/50 chance). Noisy, dilapidated, insect infested, terrible place to live. Don't live here.

I live here at cahaba lakes in the 1500s building and I love it here. This is the best place to live and I have been here a year almost and I hope to be here for the next few years. The Staff and Managers are the best of the best and the apartments are really nice and affordable. With the nice gyms and pools I feel like I live at a resort. I would tell everyone I know to move here and live the high life. I feel very safe here to. We have never had any issues or problems. We have great officers that keep a good lookout on the... read more

If you like wildlife you will love this place. They are ever where on this property even in the walls and attic. I should know a raccoon fell out of the attic into my closet. Needless to say, the next month I was out of there.
