Horrible, Horrible, Horrible I’m very disappointed with the price that I pay every month and I have lived in my unit for months with out a/c. Even after I reported the issue several time it’s still was never resolved. I literally contacted property level management as well as the regional and still living in a unit with no air paying over $1,000 monthly. The worst part is no one even cares enough to follow up on tenant to make sure any issues as serious as air was taking care of. Please save yourself the money and agony.

This is what we deal with on weekends constantly. Water gets shut off at random times when we need it the most!! This is not okay!!! Very upset about this.. its not the first time this happens feeling very annoyed how often this happens!!! These apartments need to get it together asap!!! Lots of tenants have moved out cuz of this new management and property owners, ever since they bought out original company Estates at Willowbrook everything has gone downhill!!
