Terrible. Sent me the wrong product and then expects me to go to a post office to post it back. You should get a courier to pick it up from my house

Absolutely useless. I ordered a very simple product, (trailer plugs), at 9am on Wednesday, thought it would be shipped out by the weekend at the latest, but it wasn’t. Called up on Monday asking what the go was, I was basically told it’s coming from the supplier and it’s not their problem. But assured me they would email me the tracking number that afternoon, received nothing. Placed an order online only to receive a refund a week later due to not being able to supply the parts I ordered. If you can’t supply the parts they should not be in your site. 2 weeks later and it’s still on your site as available.
Great price on the parts I needed. Shipped fast!
