Brought a lift kit but accidents ordered the wrong springs and they were supper happy to change my order, even tho I made the mistake at no extra charge. ( my order hade not been shipped out to my house yet but hade arrived at there facility when I noticed. ) can’t wait till it arrives so I can fix up my car and get it back on the road.
Never used this place before for parts, and I’ll admit the reviews had me a bit worried. But since it’s a family business and not some big greedy corporation, I decided to give it a shot over Easter - especially with the fair discount they had on springs for the Patrol. Honestly, what a solid business. I sent them an email after a day or so, and they replied letting me know they were just getting the stock in and it would be sent out soon. Crap customer service. We tried to buy a set of Coils from them, they would not ship to NZ so we offered to arrange our own courier to collect directly from them. They would not allow us to have our own courier pick up and refused to send it to our AU freight forwarder. Makes no sense.
Seeing some of the reviews after paying I got really worried. So I tried to call bout 20 times in the one day and couldn’t get though but I emailed them got back to me within half hour and kept me up to date and it’s on its way just hope it will all be there and ready to go on and fit well.
Shit service ! No Tracking - Won't Answer Emails ! Getting a refund on my Debit Card !
