3 Geeks has helped me with multiple computer issues in a timely and affordable manner. I had taken my laptop to Best Buy for the same issues and they wanted to charge me $600 or just wanted to sell me a new laptop. I took my laptop to 3 Geeks for a second opinion and they were able to fix my problem for only $45. They understand that just buying a new laptop is not a reasonable option for most people and want to help as best as they can for a reasonable price. We use The 3 Geeks for remote assistance on our laptop glitches. We are able to obtain assistance quickly in terminology that this non-techy can understand. Thanks for your consistent assistance whenever we need it!
I have always loved this company. Any time I have ever had issues with my computer they have always been able to help me at an affordable rate in a quick amount of time. I definitely recommend them!
So glad I found this place. The bigger guys (Best Buy, etc) were going to charge twice as much for data recovery. It took a couple weeks, but they recovered most of the data from the failed drive and didn't even have to send it out like Best Buy would have. The staff was friendly and the techs were knowledgeable about how to resolve the issue. Help support the smaller guys and this Oklahoma company instead of the huge national chains. I will definitely come back if I have future issues!!
