If you’re touring, ask yourself why there are sooooo many rentals available. Take a moment to go and ask a renter walking by how they like it here. We have been here for almost two years and are itching for the day to leave. We planned from the very beginning to do the trade up program but for many MANY reasons we are now letting all that go and will never ever purchase a house from CBH OR rent from them again. Do not rent here. The maintainence is non existant and the staff will never do anything to help you. Once they get your money you are on your own. The parking is terrible. I have to park on the far side of the building to my third floor apartment and they would not work with me on that no matter how illogical. The furnace is in the living room and you cant hear the tv while it is running. Every month you get emails telling you not slam your door or that your rent is due in 5 days. Like you are a child. This is literally the worst mistake I have EVER made. Do NOT rent from these people, they have 0 ethics or morals as property managers, I have never ever experienced anything this piss poor in my almost 10 years of renting.
