Horrible place, I was there in 2016 for one month and the management was rude (Carmelia in particular was nasty) and the unit itself was impossible to live in. The bathtub is located in the kitchen. No closet. If this was NYC I would understand... but way too small! Being a Downtown Project owned I would expect a lot more.
unprofessional staff as well bad case of bedbugs as well roaches, over price for a walk in closet space. car being broken into as people getting rob and attack in front of a camera that does not work.
Recently visited a friend in residence @ 211!! Found 211 to have cordial accomodating staff, the building is immaculate, truly comfortable setting with workout rooms, accessible to ATM in the lobby!!!! Above all most residents are courteous and friendly with respect for each others privacy...Visiting or as a tenant "a very accommodating choice with all downtown easy access !!! GETS A THUMBS UP HERE !!!!!
I love The 211. Everyone is friendly and management is awesome. The Apartments are clean and well maintained. The grounds are too.
