This was my first experience with the dealership. I had a serious car problem while I was in Bowling Green and called the service department. They were just closing down but the service manager was willing to stay a little later to check me in and make sure my ride arrived. All my interactions with them were friendly and professional and I got my car back before the end of the next day. It's a little out of the way for me to go there often for service, but I was really impressed.

I took my car here to get something checked out. Had to wait forever, not to mention I was later friend requested by one of their mechanics on Facebook who I have never seen before in my life. Very unprofessional, not to mention creepy. When I brought it to the managers attention I was offered a sweep of the inside of my car to "make up" for it all. I only purchased the car a few months ago so a sweep of the inside was unnecessary and did not make up for my experience here in the least.

Every time that I go to Thayer Chevy, I have the best possible customer service. Tricia and everyone else in the service department is friendly, fast, and super knowledgeable. On my last visit, Tricia made it clear to me that Thayer Chevy wants to treat its customers right and build long relationships with it's customers. I couldn't ask for a better dealership to work with. I look forward to my next visit and purchasing future vehicles through Thayer!
