What an amazing dealership!! I have had nothing but excellent service from everything involved in the purchase to now the servicing of my vehicle. I called today and they were able to squeeze me in even though it was the busiest day before the holiday weekend....AND they even washed it and made it look amazing and brand new again!!💕💕
I have nothing but great things to say about the service department. They regularly go out of their way to accommodate my schedule for service, including unplanned check engine lights. The staff has always been kind and professional every visit. The waiting area also offers coffee, TV, and WiFI so I can continue to work when I chose to stay and wait on my truck. The diesel technician always performs solid work as well!
Stopped in close to closing time on a Saturday to get a peak at the new Blazer RS. Was extremely satisfied with the helpfulness, attitude and professionalism of every employee we came into contact with. We were there way past closing time and drove out of there with an amazing vehicle and a great appreciation for Thayer Chevrolet and the people that work there. Thank you all!
I have only nice things to say about Thayer Honda. However, my wife and I went to Thayer Chevy looking to purchase a new car and the finance manager was extremely rude and acted as if we were wasting her time. We already had an approval from our credit union but she did not seem to want to help us. Thankfully we went back to where we purchased my wifes car and were treated with respect.
From out of town and had an issue with the 4wd on my truck, at first i was told i need to make an appointment next week until Brad the service director standing by the service counter heard about my issue. He came out tried to test drive to see if the 4wd really was stuck in and drove my truck straight into the service bay and asked for one of the other guys to at least figure out what the problem was and to go from there. It's rare to walk into a business where every employee you encounter is genuinely happy to help you. We had repairs done earlier in the year and when we needed a new tire it didn't cross my mind to go anywhere else. It's worth the drive from anywhere in Northwest Ohio.
My windshield wiper broke on the way to work this morning and Grey, the parts associate got it changed for me very quickly! Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was pretty friendly too.
Just bought my first Chevy from Mark and Thayer!! Such an amazing place and people!!!!!! I will send everyone I know their way!!! ��
