Ordered a pizza and stromboli, after an hour and a half of waiting I call for a status. They said someone called and changed it for take out. WRONG!!!!! Sorry service. Recommend going elsewhere for the price and service. My husband Mark T. Miller wrote this earlier I n his own page.
Ordered a pizza tonight for delivery at 8pm. I was told an hour to an hour and a half for delivery time. Suddenly realized it was 9:58pm and no pizza was delivered---called the restaurant and no answer. We've been loyal customers for over a year and a half...so disappointed. I am in complete shock that a pizza restaurant would just say "screw it, I don't feel like delivering this persons meal tonight."

Order the spaghetti with meat sauce. .it was excellent ...the only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is because I had my mind on garlic bread. ...they have bread with a garlic sauce on the side. ..or than that. .excellent service. .excellent for. ..and the wait time wasn't long.
I just posted this on my FB page for the SSI location: "My husband's family is in town for a few days; and we decided to try out a Saint Simons restaurant we hadn't been to before with them last night, That's Italian. We were NOT disappointed. Excellent service, wonderful food, and good fresh ingredients. Good wine too! I highly recommend it."
We ate at That's Italian Pizza and Pasta for the first time on Monday (Memorial Day) The food was excellent. We will definitely be back again!
My first visit and I will be back! Always miss real Italian food. The Panini was huge and so good. My husband says the slice is awesome so I will be back to try that and the sauce.
so last night at 6:45pm I called and placed an order for an Italian calzone. They said about 15 minutes. I go there at about 7:10 to pick it up. I walk in an there were some employees sitting in a booth talking. The girl came to the front and asked if she could help me. I told her what i was there for and she looked around and said something to the man at the booth. He gets up looks and said oh must have given ur order to someone else. hold on. Also as I stated on the Google review response, This was the first time I was able to sit and have a quick meal. The item was made.
