Went in for dinner around 6:30pm on July 12,19. I ordered a Stromboli for myself, cheese pizza for my child and my husband ordered a buffalo chicken something.. I don’t remember the name. I got my food, daughter got her pizza and my husbands order never came. I ate my food, daughter ate hers and still no food for my husband. So disappointed in the establishment, stood at front desk to order and noone greeted us or acknowledge we were standing there. 10 people sitting with no food ?? its 12:10 during lunch hour?????
I received a pizza that was burnt and late. When I let them know I was told that the manager prepared the pizza and he’s sure he prepared it correctly. I even included a picture and was told I could receive a new delivery after returning the other pizza. At this point it was over an hour after ordering the first pizza and I now had hungry children screaming. There was no way I could wait another hour.
