they double charged my card telling my brother it wasnt paid for.
Every time we go here to get pizza, they don’t have enough help. And they get a attitude like it’s us. Was told tonight they couldn’t make a 1/2 meat lovers pizza and Greek. They only had one cook! I mean really. We love there pizza, but I will never go back nor order from them again. I can’t believe their attitude.
Best Italian and Pizza in town !
Waited nearly 3 hours to learn that one of their cooks quit, they screwed up a bunch of orders, and will not be making any more for the evening. Disappointing to say the least. The food is usually really good, but is a bit pricey.
We came in for dinner and the ceasar salad was horrible lettuce was brown and tastes nasty. Ordered the alredos it was ok but definitely will not be back..
Spoo good and fresh! My new favorite place. Beats getting a fast food pizza. Mist have place to try!
I've been going to That's Italian for years and I've never had an bad experience until yesterday. There's a new lady or at least new to me. I was trying to order the pasta lunch special but she kept cutting me off and gave me the regular pasta order and then I ordered the BAMBINI chicken tenders and fries, she made it a regular chicken tenders and fries and when I tried to dispute the order with her and cut me off. Honestly, I think she was just overwhelmed but it's needs to be a balance.

Hello Charetee, I am very sorry for your experience. But after discussing this with my wife, you approached the counter not really knowing what you wanted. She tried to help you with the lunch specials offering to get things going considering there was a line out the door. You did not order the kids fingers and fries, the order was read back to you, and ordered the Appetizer this was confirmed by your mother or the women who paid. You were not cut off, you simply were not sure what you wanted and again suggestions were made.... read more
