We just got married a couple of weeks ago, and we had That Special Touch, clean my dress and rent us our tuxes. Everything came in on time and was given above and beyond attention. I always enjoy going to the shop, and highly recommend for any of your bridal/prom/formal/tuxedo needs. Great place!

If you're planning a wedding, check out That Special Touch FIRST!! When our daughter started shopping for dresses she didn't look in Columbus, but instead chose to look at bigger dress shops out of town. She found a dress she loved but the follow up service and professionalism was nonexistent. We called That Special Touch just to ask a question and Traci went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend this shop! I wanted to make sure I tried on every dress option so I started and ended at this store. I went to many other bridal shops just to make sure I had seen everything. I had the best experience here in my home town. David's Bridal was the worst! Every other store ruined the experience for me. First time going dress shopping. My bridesmaid and I were super exited!!! I didn't know what to expect because I really did not have a clear vision of a dress. We go inside and were greeted immediately! Traci and the two girls (names?) were very kind! They gave me tickets to put on the dresses that I liked and their were no limits! I was in heaven. Last year my family came to wedding dress shop for my daughter. There were 10 of us in the shop, and we had the BEST experience!
