i believe the owner(or an employee) knowingly let my granddaughter walk out of there with a dress 12 inches too long and did not make sure for the price, that her dress would be ready for prom....this store is all about the MONEY

Lora, we are sorry you were not happy with your granddaughter's prom dress being too long. ALL designer dresses are made long to accommodate very tall girls. This is also true with Bridal gowns, bridesmaid's dresses and prom dresses. We always tell all of our customers that they will most definitely need alterations (most usually a hem for sure). They are all AMAZING! I had no idea what I wanted in a wedding dress and they were so patient and fun when assisting me in finding the perfect wedding gown! I am even getting my bridesmaid's dresses here too! :) I would highly recommend shopping here first for your wedding and bridesmaid's dresses!

Loved my many experiences at "That Special Touch". All of the ladies are very knowledgeable and attentive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a special occasion dress or tux rental.
We purchased my daughter's wedding dress off the rack 18 months before her wedding. We found the perfect dress at the perfect price and she had to have it! Her wedding was April 22nd and we loved it that day even more than we did 18 months ago! Thank you and your staff for taking the time to make sure we got her the PERFECT dress! (photo in comments)
