We arrived without an appointment just to look around. Betty immediately made us feel right at home and comfortable. I am so glad we went as we found The One and left with a very happy bride!

The staff was extremely rude to us because we were walk ins. They made the bride feel unwelcomed.

We do our best to accommodate every bride/customer that walks through the door as best we can whether they have an appointment or if they just "walk in" without an appointment. We strive to make every bride feel welcome. My Husband and I had an excellent experience at That Special Touch! I purchased my wedding dress here and he rented his suit. They were very professional and we were happy to be able to support a local business. Highly recommend. Traci went above and beyond making sure I found the perfect dress.

Wonderful experiences at That Special Touch! We purchased my daughter's dress for both her Jr & Sr prom from Traci. We even had her date get his tux there. The staff goes above & beyond to help find the perfect dress for your special occasion. Prices are reasonable and delivery was faster than expected.
