My Experience and option ........... That scooter shop had my Motor and scooter OVER 4 years ! they NEVER Completed motor as promised NEVER finished assembly of scooter while in his shop. I PAID really good Money to have a modified motor built by Lee BUT he Ignored my phone calls ...my Texts ...my emails trying to find out updates ? Lee has had my engine in for a rebuild for over a year. As of February 2023, the invoice was paid in full for the service/repairs to the engine. I have tried to reach him by email a multitude of times as well as by phone. His last response was June 14th, 2023 where he stated that the work was complete and he would have the engine shipped to me the following week.
