TALK TO ME ABOUT THE PROBLEM TO SEE IF THE PROBLEM COULD BE FIXED OVER THRE PHONE,. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THARP'S HEAT & COOLING .WITH NO DOUBT AT ALL I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

We had our furnace go out and Joe was so helpful with fixing it for us! He was honest and service was amazing, highly recommend! He first helped my husband over the phone to try to fix himself and found the problem, ordered parts and we were back with heat in no time.
Tharp's was wonderful to work with. On time and very careful, when they left everything was cleaned up. Would recommend them 100%.
Pleased with the whole process! Started with a detailed quote, great communication, friendly staff, and the final bill was hundreds less than competition. Joe even stopped by personally to ensure our satisfaction and give us a few operating tips.
I have purchased two furnaces for two different houses from Tharp's Heating and Cooling. All work was preformed as quoted with a friendly staff and a very competitive price. I will be calling Tharp's for all my heating and cooling needs from now on. Its nice to have companies like this that in my opinion do a much better job than the big advertised companies.
I called Joe today because my furnace quit producing heat over the weekend. He says "well before you pay for a service call let me have you try a few things". 5 minutes later I had heat. Joe had the opportunity to reach into my pocket & he passed. Wow is all I can say. Do business with people who love what they do & Joe Tharp is one of those guys!!!
