I've been living here for a year now and everything is wonderful! The staff is very attentive and friendly. They even help us clear the snow when it snows. Ashley and Luzmarie are the best! And the maintenance guys too!
At first, the place was great when we moved in back in 2020, quiet, respectful neighbors, reasonably priced, I never had a reason to complain for over a year. I'm not sure if the ownership or the management company changed not long after that, but the quiet, respectful complex changed very quickly. Our neighbor upstairs moved out and the family that moved in were horrible. We complained to the office multiple times, about multiple problems, constant noise past 10pm, running a daycare out of the apartment, disgusting trash st... read more
Luzmarie is amazing! She helped me with my paper work and was super communicative. All the amenities that come with the apartment are amazing. Especiallly the pool!
I've enjoyed living at Thamesview. The apartment manager is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly. The pool is clean, and it's a great amenity to have. The fitness center is convenient, though it could use some updates. Overall, it's a well-managed community, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to live.
Is my 2nd year leaving here and I love it. Luzmarie was the person who helps me to get the apartment very sweet and nice girl. Maintenance guys is always on top of everything can’t complain about that and the best part the pool!
