Less than helpful. We put in an application, I missed a phone call while out of town visiting a sick family member, and the next day they called to cancel our application because they “had to move forward with other applications,” even though they let us know we had a week to reply. Shady business practice. I didn’t get anything refunded even though they decided they wanted to cancel.
I've been living here for a year now and everything is wonderful! The staff is very attentive and friendly. They even help us clear the snow when it snows. Ashley and Luzmarie are the best! And the maintenance guys too!
At first, the place was great when we moved in back in 2020, quiet, respectful neighbors, reasonably priced, I never had a reason to complain for over a year. I'm not sure if the ownership or the management company changed not long after that, but the quiet, respectful complex changed very quickly. Our neighbor upstairs moved out and the family that moved in were horrible. Luzmarie is amazing! She helped me with my paper work and was super communicative. All the amenities that come with the apartment are amazing. Especiallly the pool!
I've enjoyed living at Thamesview. The apartment manager is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly. The pool is clean, and it's a great amenity to have. The fitness center is convenient, though it could use some updates. Overall, it's a well-managed community, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to live.
