I was hoped getting my thermostat installed would be easy and that's exactly what it was, the engineer was on time, explained everything and had it done in little over an hour. I liked that he properly tested everything before leaving, making sure everything was working as intended.

The repair took around 3 hours, which seemed about right considering they had to replace a broken capacitor and clean the condenser coil. This was our first time utilising their service and they were quite descriptive in describing what was going on with our system unlike previous encounters with other businesses.
After coordinating with building management, the technician efficiently repaired the A/C system by identifying a faulty condenser fan motor and replaced it within two hours.
