Complained christine has not cleaned our building (her responsibility unfortunately) in the past 2+ months, in response she moves all the garbage in the hallway to my unit door like a child
Huge potholes that never get properly fixed, rodents everywhere indoor + outdoor. These problems have been around since I moved to this property over 7 years ago. We currently still have a severe rat problem in our backyard and an exterminator comes and lays poison down but the rats have remained here the entire time. The potholes will keep resurfacing until they dig the entire lot up and do it properly. STOP BEING CHEAP.
the things i could say are endless..firstly missing half the screens allowing rodents insects and more, improper windows windows have been mix matched over the years in different homes they don’t seal, snowflakes blow in all winter it’s like the windows are open always, which is ridiculous considering i pay my own bills. there’s visible mold and i can guarantee it’s through the walls as well. electrical is outdated and no good. my furnace truly runs 24/7 and the heats inconsistent. the house is so dry in the winter we can’t ... read more
I have lived here since 2018 and had no issues till just last year. Last year I had lived through a MASSIVE FLOOD, told I don't have coverage for septic because my lease agreement clearly does not state to have septic coverage (which it should clearly state if I need to), paying over $3000 in hotel fees and over $4000 in moving fees as well as having to replace all of my furniture.
