First day walking into this building I seen cockroaches…. and some grease all over the floor starting from the first floor to the 3rd. Not to mention the stairwell smells like rodents and cat piss, wouldn’t even pay 500 a month to live in such shitty conditions…. The landlord obviously can’t understand that they have to maintain the properties/ actually clean the buildings!!! She couldn’t care less about the parking lot either loool
Booked a viewing and the property manager never showed up. I called multiple times and left messages and she never got back to me. Very unprofessional and doesn't seem to want to maintain communication. I've heard tenants complain about her overall attitude as well. You'd think that they'd want to generate business and contact potential tenants. Very disappointed with my experience as they have proven to be completely unreliable.
